Lissette Zuknick
Chief Executive Officer
Lissette was born and raised in Tampa, FL. While seeking her Business degree at the University of South Florida, she also began her journey in the association management world at the West Coast District Dental Association. She has remained in her role as Executive Director for the last 25 years. Her and her husband, Steve Zuknick, DMD reside in Lithia, FL and together they have 4 children. Lissette enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, personal growth, health & fitness.
Kelsey Bulnes
Chief Operating Officer
Kelsey was raised in Arizona and relocated to Tampa, FL in 2008. Shortly after, Kelsey began working for the West Coast District Dental Association where she was able to grow and learn from her mentor, friend and business partner and soon obtained a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) certificate. Her and her husband, Chris Bulnes, DMD reside in South Tampa, FL and together they have 3 children, Ryan, Christian and Caelyn. Kelsey values spending time with family, reading, personal/spiritual growth, health & fitness.
Kayla Camarillo
Director of Operations
Kayla is originally from Indiana and graduated from Florida State University in 2020 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a minor in Communications. In 2024, she relocated from Tampa to Chicago, where she continues to grow both professionally and personally. Eager to collaborate with her fellow team members, Kayla is committed to expanding her skill set, excelling in her role, and providing exceptional support to the company’s clients. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exploring all that Chicago has to offer, and spending ime with her family, friends, and her dog, Charlie.
Jodi Hook
Director of Client Services
Jodi was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a Business Management degree she moved to Hilton Head, SC to begin her career in hotel sales. Since moving to Riverview, FL she has worked in a Hillsborough County School for 10 years and raised her two children with her husband Mike. Jodi is excited to be part of ZuBu where she looks forward to assisting the members. Jodi enjoys spending time with her family, reading and traveling.
Briana Sweet
Meeting and Logistics Manager
Briana brings a strong background in organization and administration, with a career built on efficiency, attention to detail, and support. She is excited to continue her professional journey with the ZuBu team, where she is committed to learning, growing, and collaborating with her colleagues. Originally from Ft. Lauderdale, Briana relocated to Tampa, Florida, in 2004 and now resides in the Brandon area with her son, Ezra. She is dedicated to her professional development, continually expanding her skill set while providing support to clients. Outside of work, Briana values time with family and friends, personal and spiritual growth, spending time outdoors, and practicing self-care. An avid reader who enjoys embracing new experiences close to home, she brings enthusiasm, balance, and a positive outlook to both her personal and professional life.
Abigail Morken
Manager of Client Services
Abby's journey from Fort Wayne, Indiana, to her settled roots in sunny Florida embodies adaptability and resilience. After years of moving due to her father's military career, she found stability in Florida in 2007. Graduating from The University of South Florida with a degree in Exercise Science, Abby's passion for health and wellness is palpable. Outside of work, she thrives on staying active, whether hitting the gym or exploring new locales. An avid reader and avid traveler, Abby's zest for life and diverse experiences enriches both her personal and professional pursuits.
Kira Blacyki
Executive Assistant and Membership Affairs Coordinator​
Kira was born and raised in Michigan and recently relocated to sunny Florida! With her husband in the Marine Corps, they embrace life’s adventures with resilience and adaptability. Outside of work, you’ll find them hiking new trails, exploring local restaurants, or perfecting their yoga flow. Sharing life’s joys with their beloved dog, they value balance, growth, and making meaningful connections wherever life takes them.

Jaclyn Whiddon started working in orthodontics over 20 years ago and has spent the last 15 as an orthodontic marketing consultant. She received a degree in Organizational Communication from Rollins College. She is very aware that it is important to create an excellent meeting filled with fun events, amazing lectures for the entire team and great opportunities for our exhibitors and sponsors. As she serves in this marketing role, Jaclyn is excited to work to enhance our communication with members.
Phil Schuster
Graphic Artist
With over 30 years of graphic design experience, Phil’s expertise is in design production and job management. He has worked with dental associations and individual practices since 1998. Projects have ranged from direct mail campaigns to office forms, corporate identity, practice marketing materials, print/digital advertising and more. From working with start-ups to Fortune 500 companies Phil has been able to fill the role of a marketing firm, advertising agency and your local print shop all under one roof, while delivering finished projects under budget and within deadlines.
Nancy Jergins
Communications Coordinator
Nancy Jergins is thrilled to be a part Zubu Management Solutions. Nancy assists the Zubu team with member communications, including the monthly E-News, and social media outreach.
Nancy is married to Brad Jergins, a general dentist who practices in the Tampa area. She loves staying current on the latest dentistry news and trends, and is thankful to be a part of the dental community. Nancy and Brad have two teenagers, and she also writes about family matters for iMOM.com. She is the author of Wise Words Mom: What to Say to Raise Kids Who Feel Accepted, Confident and Loved, an Amazon Top New Release in Motherhood, and an Amazon Top Selection in One-Hour Reads. Nancy is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Journalism.
